The client wanted to revolutionize the comfort-sleeping concept by developing a customization program, where consumers were given the chance to design a bed perfect for them. In order to ensure that the new premium bed would stand out from other bed designs on the market, a unique quilting design was essential. We hence started off by setting up internal contest for the employees in the company, giving them the challenge to come up with ideas for the quilting design of the new premium bed. We designed a name and identity for the brand, integrated on both POS material and website. Along side the brand integration we conducted a sales-training program for the sales personal on how to sell the product. This training program was integrated on online and offline platforms. The aim was to sell two units per day after 3 years; we managed to reach this goal after 6 months.
